You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. That’s plenty of time to decide if a cheese isn’t quite to your taste or if something went awry during shipping. Just keep in mind that we can only accept returns for items that are still in their original packaging and condition. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Include your order details and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the process. You’ll receive a return authorization number, which helps us track your cheese and ensure everything goes smoothly. What’s Returnable
So, what can you return? We gladly accept unopened and unused cheeses from your subscription box. If it’s a cheese board or pairing set that hasn’t been used, you’re good to go. However, once you’ve started exploring those flavors, we can’t accept returns on opened items for safety reasons. We know cheese can be a personal experience, and we want you to enjoy every bite without worries.
What’s Final Sale
Now, let’s talk about final sale items. Some products, like special limited editions or gift crates, may be marked as final sale. If you see that label, know that they can’t be returned once they’ve left our hands. It’s all about keeping food safety at the forefront. Refund Method & Timeline
When it comes to refunds, you can expect a straightforward process. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the same card. Please note that any shipping fees paid during the original purchase aren’t refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or if you received the wrong items, I’m so sorry! Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Send us a picture of the issue along with your order details. We’ll either replace the damaged item or send you the correct cheese, depending on what went wrong. Return Shipping
As for return shipping, it’s on you unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. In that case, we’ll cover the shipping costs. For all other returns, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item, and we wouldn’t want you to stress over that. Once you have your return authorization number, you’re all set to ship it back to us.
Exchanges
